Hi! I’m Marcy Fife, the Head of Human Resources at OnePet. I joined this incredible team in 2022, eager to contribute my background in Finance and HR, honed across tech startups and consulting. As a SHRM-SCP with a Master’s in Science in Accounting, I approach HR with a blend of analytical precision and a keen understanding of what makes teams tick.

I call Durham, NC, home, where I live with my husband, Jason, our 8-year-old son, Jackson, and our trio of furry family members: Sasha the mini Dachshund, Perry the Aussiedoodle, and Olivia the Ragdoll cat. My passion extends beyond the office—I love traveling and creating lasting memories with my family.
